What we process: subscription data (company name, email, VAT number and payment details — the latter handled by Stripe, never stored by us); the content the customer uploads to build their digital teammate; and meeting records (transcript, video recording with audio, and the details visitors leave at the door).
What for: exclusively to provide the service — meetings are recorded and delivered by email to the customer who owns the teammate. We never sell or share data with third parties.
Notice to meeting visitors: before joining any meeting, visitors are told they will talk to a digital teammate (AI) and that the meeting is recorded and sent to the company. Without joining, nothing is recorded.
How long we keep it: for the duration of the subscription. Customers can request deletion of recordings or of all data at email@scalinth.com — we delete within 30 days.
Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection — just write to email@scalinth.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese DPA (CNPD).
